Makizushi, also sometimes referred to as norimaki, is the primary image that comes to most foreigners minds upon hearing the word “sushi.” Wrapping up assorted vegetables, fish, and rice in seaweed paper, makizushi is a refreshing and delicious dish. For non-Japanese, attempting to make a sushi roll may seem overwhelming and a bit tedious, but with the right instructions it is quite simple to put together even makizushi with designs.

I truly believe that the best sushi can be made by Japanese only! :) Tried them so many times all around the world but in my opinion, in other places they are not good enough. And it's great to see that they can be not only delicious but also a true work of art!
